Eligibility Requirements

  • Black-owned business (At least 51% Black-owned and operated)
  • Fewer than 10 employees
  • Generating less than $250,000 in annual revenue.
  • Based in Escambia or Santa Rosa Counties.
  • Registered business entity (LLC, S-Corp, Sole Proprietor, etc.)
  • Funds cannot be used for personal expenses or debt repayment.
