Eligibility Requirements
- Black-owned business (At least 51% Black-owned and operated)
- Fewer than 10 employees
- Generating less than $250,000 in annual revenue.
- Based in Escambia or Santa Rosa Counties.
- Registered business entity (LLC, S-Corp, Sole Proprietor, etc.)
- Funds cannot be used for personal expenses or debt repayment.

Committee Review
